OUR STORY
VSI is a training provider that supports the academic and business industries in career readiness through education, vocation and service; leading to life-long career engagement & development. VSI enables people to experience purposeful meaningful work. We do this by creating an engaged future workforce.
Founded in 2021, under the confluence of a pandemic, the great resignation, and the decline in enrollments of college-ready freshmen, we noticed that we could customize our professional development training to meet the needs of Colleges, High-Schools and Corporations. Based on a foundation of teaching people about their strengths, our instructional model allows organizations to choose individual programs or stack several together depending on what the desired outcome of the training.
