UNIFY YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This program is a comprehensive approach to Board education. First, a review of the current bylaws is completed in coordination with interviews of the Executive Team to identify any gaps in governance and structures. A survey of the Board is then created, distributed, and the data analyzed to frame the Retreat topics. The session typically includes the Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment, a SWOT analysis, a Governance Review, and a Messaging session to complete the day. Sessions run six total hours and can be divided into two half-day sessions. We recommend in-person training due to the collaborative nature of the program.
